Worship Potential: Training the Next Generation of Worship Leaders

Transform Cambodia students from across our Life Centres gathered for worship training so they can teach music and singing to younger kids.

Young worship team members from across Transform Cambodia’s Life Centres recently came together for a special day of worship training. Students from Life Centres 1, 2, 4 and 5 learned new vocal and music skills so they can pass them on to others.

Sitha, a worship leader from Life Centre 5, led the vocal class. Students practised warm-ups, breathing and how to use their voice well. Vitu taught cajón so students can teach their friends and the younger children back at their centres.

“We want to train up the next generation” Sitha said.

The goal is simple. Each student who learns music

goes home ready to teach someone else. One student said, “I’m excited to bring what I’ve learned today and share it with my friends, my team and especially the younger kids at the centre.

Your support makes days like this possible. Thank you for helping Cambodian young people grow in their gifts and lead worship in their communities.
