The Transform Journey
Children join Transform Cambodia in primary school. They receive tutoring, mentoring, health support and leadership development through their local centre.
Over time they grow into confident young adults, completing high school and pursuing university or vocational training.
Many now return to mentor younger students and strengthen their communities.
The stories below show that journey in real lives.
We Exist For The Kids

Reaksmey
From Classroom to Career
“Transform Cambodia was like my second home. The teachers always took care of me, and that made me want to keep going.”
Reaksmey first came to Transform Cambodia as a young child. For her, it was never just a school. It was the place where teachers noticed when she wasn’t well and made sure she was looked after. It was where she ate good food and felt, maybe for the first time, that someone was looking out for her.
Those early years left a mark. The care she received at Transform Cambodia gave Reaksmey a sense of belonging that stayed with her through high school and into adulthood. She didn’t drift. She pushed forward.
That foundation carried her all the way to university, where she graduated with a degree in Interior Design — the field she had always wanted to pursue. It wasn’t luck. It was the result of years of support from a community that believed she was worth investing in.
Reaksmey’s journey is a clear example of what consistent care can do for a child.
